<p>A revolving plate 13 arranged in the closed chamber 12 of a distribution box 1 having an outlet 11 to the burner and a gas inlet 10 can revolve upon its axis 14 under the action of a stepping motor 20. The plate possesses a plurality of holes 16 and a shutter 17, which holes, depending on the position of the plate, open the outlet 11 to a greater or lesser degree, the motor being powered according to the current supplied by the controlling and adjusting device of the apparatus.
