PURPOSE:To prevent bursting of a bag and surely transfer the bag, by constituting a device such that air is blown out by the own weight of the easily torn grain bag and the bag is lifted by the air, after change of direction, transferred to a moving elevator and reloaded onto a pallet. CONSTITUTION:If a bag transferred by a conveyor is reloaded on a pallet 50, balls 51 of the pallet 50 are depressed, and air is blown out to lift the bag. Then a sucker plate 64 is operated simultaneously with floating of the bag, and the bag is attractively held. Then after change of direction by rotating a rotary shaft 66 in a direction 65, a moving cart 60 is used to deliver the bag to a floating mechanism of similar construction, and then the bag is reloaded on a moving elevator and transferred to the next prescribed process. In this way, the bag, being floated by blown air and moved, can be surely transferred without causing the tearing of the bag. |
