PURPOSE:To enable a speed controlling range to be widely set, by short- circuiting between two sets of the coaxially arranged rotors of an induction motor, with a resistance member, and by providing a one-side stator with a voltage phase shifter. CONSTITUTION:On a rotor shaft 4, rotor cores 2, 5, 3 are fitted, and respective conductors 6 arranged respectively on the rotor cores 2, 5, 3 are connected penetrated through the rotor cores 2, 5, 3 to form an integral rotor 7. The conductors 6 are respectively connected at the rotor core 5 via a resistance member 9. In the meantime, stators 24, 25 with windings 22, 23 arranged on the external side, confronted with the rotor cores 2, 3 are arranged in parallel with a machine frame 14. The one side of the 24, 25 is provided with a voltage phase shifter. As a result, torque can be certainly controlled. |
