PURPOSE:To bend to a desired angle while corrugation of a corrugated sheet is maintained by using a guide rope, a chuck for the guide rope and a rotor provided with a heating section and a cooling section. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated sheet 1 is fed to a feeding section with a guide rope 3 on the upper section of a rotor 6, and the end of the corrugated sheet 1 is pinched with chucks 4 and 5 and pressed to a heating section 7 of the rotor 6 fixed to a given position by a guide rope 3, heated and softened. The corrugated sheet 1 is slid along the peripheral surface of the heating section 7 of the rotor 6 by pivoting the chucks 4 and 5 only and stopped at a given bending angle. The rotor 6 is rotated and cooled by having a cooling section 8 in contact with the bent section. An outside section 5 of the chuck is released and returned to the feeding section with the guide rope 3 to take out the corrugated sheet 1. An inner side section 4 of the chuck is pivoted and returned to the feeding section. The surface of the rotor 6 is formed in the section shape of the corrugated sheet 1 along the rotation direction, and a press roller 2 of the rope is provided in a position in a root section of the corrugated sheet 1. |
