<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the abrasion of a cotton knit body and reduce drop impact by providing double structure by covering a metallic inside ring having high Young's modulus and high hardness with a soft metallic outside ring. CONSTITUTION: Brass is used for an outside pipe 7 to reduce the abrasion of a cotton knit body of a moving cable 4 as an abrasion object. At a cutting part 8 of a hoop H, the hoop H opens to release each moving cable when the moving cable 4 is entangled to other equipment or device of an elevator placed in a peripheral wall of an elevator shaft. For facilitating the opening of the hoop H, a cutting part 8a of an inside ring 6 is coincided or substantially coincided with a cutting part 8b of the outside pipe 7. The hoop H is hoisted by frictional force of the moving cable 4 with the cotton knit body together with rising of the elevator, and a tilting angle of the moving cable 4 is changed to fall from a position that component force of a center of gravity exceeds the frictional force.</p> |
