PURPOSE:To enable fast processing by carrying out a suction and a discharge cycle one after another during a test of the same sample without cleaning a dispensing nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The reaction line disk 10 of a sampling device makes a one or half rotation by one pitch for 1sec and then stops for 2sec repeatedly, but while the disk stops for 2sec, a reaction cell 11 is cleaned and dried by utilizing specified positions (a)-(e) of a cleaning and drying device 12 and the dispensing operation of sampling and the dispensing operation of a reagent are carried out at set positions 13-15 simultaneously. Here, when the same sample is sampled continuously, the sample dispensing nozzle 24 which is used is not cleaned and used as it is to perform suction and discharging. Then, when the test of the same sample is completed, the nozzle 24 is moved to a sample cleaning part 30 and cleaned as specified by using 3sec right after the test. Thus, the fast processing is performed. |
