PURPOSE:To obtain soybean curd etc. in a short time by making soybeans freed from the skin and embryos into an emulsified liquid followed by heating this liquid and adding bittern thereto to omit the water immersion process for the soybeans. CONSTITUTION:An emulsified liquid 1 prepared, e.g., by adding hot water to soybeans freed from the skin and embryos followed by grinding is heated for 30min in the A-process. Thence, said liquid 1 is incorporated with bittern in the B-process, and the resulting liquid is poured into a vessel 3 with a cloth 2 etc. laid at the bottom in the following C-process, the obtaining the objective soybean curd. |
