PURPOSE:To smoothly and surely carry out the installation/removal of a seat belt by providing a seat belt fixing member on the lower portion of a seat on the other side of a door and making two engaging members on the door side longitudinally movable along the upper and lower guide rails on the door being interlocked with the opening/closing of a door lock. CONSTITUTION:Guide rails 7, 8 are provided in a horizontal longitudinal direction on the upper portion of a door on a vehicle room side and in a forwardly ascending longitudinal direction on the lower portion thereof respectively, and the door-side engaging members 9, 10 of a three-point type seat belt 1 are longitudinally slidably provided on these guide rails. The engaging member 2 on the other side of the door of the three-point type seat belt 1 is fixed to the lower portion of the seat on the other side of the door. The longitudinal moving action of the engaging members 9, 10 on the door side is interlocked with the opening/closing of a door lock and, at the time of the getting on/off of a rider, the engaging members 9, 10 are moved to the front of the door and, then, moved to the rear of the door as the door is locked by closing. Thereby, the installing/ removing action of the seat belt can be smoothly and surely carried out without hindering the getting on/off action. |
