This apparatus is invented to sterilize potables or other liquids at normal temp. without deteriorating their ingredients (protein, fat, vitamin, etc). This apparatus consists of a ultraviolet irradiator for irradiating ultra-violet rays on the liquid in a container and a voltage applying device for applying voltage between the pair of electrodes in the liquid. This equipment sterilizes liquids by irradiating ultra-violet rays on the liquid and applying voltage at the same time.
