It exhibits, on one of its faces, a metal element (2) in the form of a perforated sheet or a grid made from a second metal or alloy which is harder than that of the plate (1), the said metal element (2) being fixed to the said plate by closed-die forging or by beating in order to embed it, at least partially, in the latter.
