<p>PURPOSE:To remove bad influences by voids, by continuously heating and curing a laminated member without applying pressure which member is comprised of a required number of elongated base materials which are impregnated with resin solution from upper surfaces thereof while the resin solution is added pressure and, an elongated metal foil provided on an upper and/or a lower surfaces of the base materials upon necessity. CONSTITUTION:A resin solution 3 is added with pressure and impregnated into a required number of elongated base materials 1 from upper surfaces thereof by rolls 2 placed above the base materials 1. Then, upon necessity, a metal foil 5 is provided on an upper and/or lower surfaces of the base materials 1 by a roll 4 thereby to obtain a laminated member 7. The laminated member 7 comprised of the resin- impregnated base materials 1 and the metal foils 5 is sent into a curing furnace 6 for curing without application of the pressure. Thereafter, the laminated member 7 is cut by a cutter 8 into a desired size to obtain a laminated plate 9. According to this method, since the base materials 1 are impregnated with the resin from the upper surfaces thereof while the resin is added with pressure, the generation of voids within the resin-impregnated base materials can be effectively avoided, thereby enhancing the sizing stability and removed bad influences of the voids.</p> |
