PURPOSE:To enable reliable connection and enable high-quality images to be recorded by magnetic electrodes, by providing a plurality of conductor wirings on an insulating substrate, disposing the magnetic electrodes on the wirings at the same pitch as that of the wirings, and electrically connecting the wirings and the electrodes to each other by a specified anisotropic conducive film. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of mutually independent magnetic electrodes 2 are arranged in parallel on the surface of a first insulating substrate 1. A plurality of wirings 4 are provided in parallel on the surface of a second insulating substrate 3 at the same pitch as that of the electrodes 2. The electrodes 2 and the wirings 4 are disposed opposite to each other, and are electrically connected to each other by an anisotropic conductive film 5 having conductivity in the thickness direction thereof, having an insulating property in the plane directions thereof and capable of circuit connection through thermocompression bonding. An adhesive 6 is charged into the gap between the first and second substrate 1, 3 on one side of the electrically connected part on which the magnetic electrodes 2 are exposed, thereby fixing the substrates 1, 3 relative to each other. By this, separation of the substrates 1, 3 from each other under external forces is obviated, and reliability of the recording electrodes is enhanced. |
