PURPOSE:To produce the scribing blade for a thin plastic sheet, while the blade has high strength and dusts do not adhere into between its ridges by a method in which the blade is made of two integral parallel ridges, and its cross section- shape is finished into a specified shape. CONSTITUTION:A blade is made of two integral parallel ridges 1, 1. In the cross section shapes of the ridges 1, 1, the top width A of each ridge is 0.5mm or less, the clear space B of the tops is 0.1-0.5mm and the depth C of the trough between two ridges is 0.05-2mm. By using this scribing blade, the scribing line composed of two close stripe groove may be precisely applied onto a thin plastic sheet. The scribing blade thus obtained has high strength, and may carry out stable working, while dust, etc., do not adhere into between its ridges. |
