PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a piston and its peripheral part by providing stepped plates having a protruding part in a thickness direction and initially loaded plates tightened in a flexed condition so as to generate an initial load. CONSTITUTION:A piston 24 divides the inside of a cylinder 11 into two oil chambers 27, 28. The first plate group 23 provides an intermediate plate 43 piled up on an upper surface of the piston 24, stepped plate 44 piled up on top of this intermediate plate 43 and two or more sheets of initially loaded plate 45. The second plate group 25 provides an intermediate plate 53 piled up on a bottom surface side of the piston 24, stepped plate 54 piled up on this intermediate plate 53 and two or more sheets of initially loaded plate 55. In this way, the piston and its peripheral part can be simplified their structure. |
