Method and device for the optimum arrangement of bidimensional figures, allowing a quick optimalization and, simultaneously, the observation of a plurality of conditions. According to the method, the figures to be arranged are vectorially memorized, the voids between the figures already arranged are determined and an attempt is made to insert within those empty spaces the figures which have to be arranged by analyzing, by decomposition into lines and columns, the eventual contacts of new arrangements resulting from said insertion. The device for implementing the method comprises a vector memory, a vector/grid converter, a window generator, an arrangement generator, an occupation analyzer, a control unit, an indicator apparatus, an outer source and contact members. The vector memory is connected to the control unit, to the arrangement generator and to the converter. The outer source is connected to the arrangement generator, to the window generator, to the occupation analyzer and to the contact members, while the occupation analyzer is further connected to the converter connected to the indicator apparatus and the window generator is also connected to the arrangement generator and to the vector memory or to the converter. |
