<p>PURPOSE: To always perform stable clamp and release operation by a method wherein a slide guide slot at least in a set-in-insert region of a rotation guide frame is formed in such a width that a set pin is restricted toward an edge where stepped edges are located. CONSTITUTION: A slide guide slot 9 for a set pin 15 is formed between inner edges of a slide guide frame 8 including a rotation guide frame 10 along the length of slide guide frame 8. The slide guide slot 9 at least in a set-in-insert region of the rotation guide frame 10 of the slide guide frame 8 is formed in such a width that the set pin 15 is restricted toward an edge where stepped edges 4 are located. Therefore, a slide member 14 that reaches the rotation guide frame 10 can be always, properly led into a rotation operation region, so that a malfunction, caused by a structural problem that has been unavoidable for a clamp device of a conventional arm support of this kind, can be prevented from occurring. As a result, stable clamp and release operation can be always performed.</p> |
