PURPOSE:To automatically generate a program with flexible structure by providing a circuit to generate the program from the structure of input/output data and a circuit to generate a source code from program structure and a conditional expression, and designating the conditional expression which represents the structure of the input/output data and its relation. CONSTITUTION:A program structure generation circuit 106 is operated so as to generate the program structure from the structure of the input/output data from an input data structure memory circuit 103 and an output data structure memory circuit 104. Also, a source code generation circuit 108 is operated so as to generate the source code from the program structure from a program structure memory circuit 107 and the conditional expression from a conditional expression memory circuit 105. The program which satisfies the structure of the input/output data and the conditional expression designated by those circuits can be generated automatically.
