A ladder which allows curved metal surfaces to be climbed. It is formed of two rubber uprights 1 connected by aluminium rungs 2. The flexible assembly is formed with screws integral with the permanently magnetic supports 3 and "Nylstop" nuts. The movable magnetic ladder is particularly designed to facilitate certain checks or works in a spiral casing of a hydraulic turbine. <IMAGE>
