摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust electrolyte in cells easily and at a low cost by installing common electrolyte adjusting gas supply/exhaust manifolds on an electrolyte gas flow-path furnished at each cell, and allowing the electrolyte adjusting gas temp. controlled to flow. CONSTITUTION:In case electrolyte is added to cells, a valve 12 is opened, and recycle blower 10 is moved to start recycle. On the other hand, a water tank 8, electrolyte tank 7, electrolyte adjusting gas tank 6 are heated by a heater 11, and steam containing phosphoric acid vapor is generated. The temp. of electrolyte adjusting gas at this time shall range 250-300 deg.C. The electrolyte adjusting gas passes an electrolyte adjusting gas flow-path 1 repeatedly via electrolyte adjusting gas supply/exhaust manifolds 2, 3, when the electrolyte is absorbed in the anode side reserve plate 18 and a fuel electrode base 16, and electrolyte refill to cells progresses gradually. In case electrolyte in each cell is reduced, only steam is exhausted from an exhaust hole 13 at a high temp. with recycle or single loop.
