PURPOSE:To obtain the isolation of two MSL patterns by providing a wave radio absorber on both surfaces of a substrate to form a pattern such as a power source line provided between the ground conductor of a micro-strip line(MSL) and a case land. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric plate 9 having a ground conductor such as a copper foil and a copper-made case 2 are provided at a lower surface and in the internal part of the case 2, first and second radio wave absorbers 10A and 10B of such material as rubber are laminated through a film-like substrate 4. On the upper surface of the dielectric plate 9, MSL patterns 6A and 6B, patterns 3A and 3B, choking circuits 7A and 7B and a pattern 3D are formed. The patterns 3A and 3B are connected to a pattern C such as a power line or a control line formed through through-holes 8A, 8B and 8C to the substrate 4. When a current flows simultaneously at the MSL pattern 6A and the pattern 3C, a high frequency to leak into the pattern 3C is absorbed to wave absorbers 10A and 10B and other MSL pattern 6B is not influenced by the high frequency. |
