PURPOSE:To aim at the sufficient secureness of a seal by fixing a soft material to the tip of a vane, and forming a groove or a small projection on a tip surface at the side of a cylinder inner circumferential surface. CONSTITUTION:Each vane tip 9 made of a soft material such as Teflon resin, rubber material or the like is stuck and clamped to both tips of a vane 8, and each of their tips is deformed and integrated in a state of being closed to an inner circumferential surface of a cylinder 5. A tip form of the vane tip 9 is formed as plural pieces of small grooves are parallelly arranged in the orthogonal direction to a sliding direction with a circumferential surface of the cylinder 5. With this constitution, any of projections is closed to the cylinder 5 over the overall length, so that airtightness in front and in the rear of the vane 8 is thus kept up. |
