PURPOSE:To form a radio wave dark room with a small size and having an excellent absorbing characteristic over a wide frequency by providing a radio wave absorbing body formed with two kinds of square and rectangle ferrite tiles different from the radio wave absorbing center frequency adhered thereto in a checkered pattern on a wall face and a ceiling face. CONSTITUTION:The radio wave absorbing body 1 formed by adhering both the two kinds of ferrite tiles 2, 3 formed to be a square shape or a rectangular shape with different radio wave absorbing center frequency in a checkered pattern is provided at least on a wall face and a ceiling face. Since the two kinds of the ferrite tiles 2, 3 differ from the radio wave absorbing center frequency and cover the different frequency bands, the radio wave absorbing body 1 formed by arranging the tiles in a checkered pattern offers an excellent absorbing characteristic over a wide band as a whole. Moreover, the arrangement of the tiles in the checkered pattern acts like eliminating the change in the absorption performance depending on the direction of the magnetic field of an incoming radio wave. Furthermore, since the ferrite tiles 2, 3 are in use, a small-sized radio wave dark room is constituted. |
