PURPOSE:To provide a high-quality gel compsn. capable of not only forming a stable gel but also imparting a good feeling in its use and a good finishing touch to the skin, hair, etc., by blending a gel of an anionic polymer compd. with a polyethylene glycol ester of a fatty acid and methylpolysiloxane. CONSTITUTION:An anionic polymer compd. is blended with a polyethylene glycol ester of a fatty acid and methylpolysiloxane to prepare a gel compsn. The amt. of the anionic polymer compd. to be blended is pref. 0.05-5wt.% based on the total amt. of components, while the amts. of the polyethylene glycol ester of the fatty acid and the methylpolysiloxane to be blended are each pref. 0.01-5wt.% based on the total amt. of the components. |
