PURPOSE:To prepare a flux detergent which is nonflammable and nonexplosive and has low toxicity and excellent stability and detergency, and which comprises 1,2-difluoroethane as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:This flux detergent comprises 1,2-difluoroethane as an active ingredient. Various other ingredients may be incorporated in this detergent depending upon various purposes. For example, at least one org. solvent selected from among hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketones, and chlorinated hydrocarbons may be incorporated for the purpose of enhancing the dissolving power. The proportion of these org. solvent in the flux detergent is 0-50wt.%, pref. 20-30wt.%. When an azeotropic compsn. is present in a mixture of 1,2- difluoroethane with the org. solvent, it is pref. to use the mixture of this compsn. |
