<p>PURPOSE:To continuously gasify a combustible solid, by providing a particular valve, a device tilting mechanism or an agitation blade for forcibly moving a material within a carbonization oven, a condenser for liquefying a carbonization product and maintaining vacuum, and a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:A condenser 9 through which cooling water is passed, and a carbonization oven 2 provided in a hermetically sealed combustion oven 1 and equipped with a shaft 13 and an agitating blade 14 are evacuated to a predetermined vacuum value by starting vacuum pump 10. A burner 3 is ignited, a shaft driving device 15 is started, and the agitating blade 14 is rotated. Thereafter, a carbonization material is put into the carbonization oven 2 through a charging pipe 16, and the temp. is adjusted to a predetermined value while maintaining the vacuum value of the carbonization oven 2 through alternate closure of charging valves 17. Then, a residue withdrawal valve 18 for continuously withdrawing a carbonization residue during operation is opened, and an adjustable leg 7 is adjusted to control the moving speed of the carbonization product and the carbonization residue within the carbonization oven 2, thereby gasifying the carbonization product as a combustible solid.</p> |
