发明名称 METHOD FOR ISOLATING ALLOY COMPONENT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To isolate the various constituting components of an alloy consisting of Ru, Tc, Mo, Pd, and Rh at an extremely high reaction rate and low cost by utilizing the temp. at which the respective constituting metals of said alloy are converted to the oxides or chlorides thereof, etc. CONSTITUTION:The above-mentioned pentad alloy 1 is put into an oven 2 and is heated to about 150-500 deg.C in air or O2. The generated gas is introduced into a 2nd oven 3 kept at >=500 deg.C. The gas separated from the powder of the RuO2 remaining in the oven 3 is cooled and the solid of Tc2O7 is recovered. On the other hand, the oven 2 is heated to about >=1000 deg.C under the supply of O2 thereto and the generated gas is taken to the outside of the oven 2 and is cooled to room temp., by which the solid consisting of MoO3 is obtd. The spongy alloy remaining in the oven 2 is treated in gaseous H2 flow and is then put into a reactor 4 where the alloy is treated by an aq. hydrochloric acid soln, while air is blown thereto; thereafter the filtrate is evaporated by heating and PdCl2 is recovered. The metal Rh which does not dissolve in the above- mentioned aq. salt soln. is isolated and recovered.</p>
