PURPOSE: To provide a combed hair like false twisted processed yarn comprising filaments having different deniers, alternately forming a collecting part comprising an alternating twist yarn state-winding part and an interlacing part and an opening part having specific structure and length in the longitudinal direction and having high repulsion property while exhibiting soft touch. CONSTITUTION: A highly oriented yarn 10 and a partially oriented yarn 11 are doubled and interlacing is applied to the double yarn by an interlace nozzle 13 and the interlaced yarn is heated with a heater 15 between a feed roller 14 and a delivery roller 19 and bent by guides 16 and 17 and stretched while providing squeezing and wound around a winder 20 to provide the objective processed yarn. The processed yarn comprises a single yarn 2 having >=4de thick denier and a single yarn 1 having 0.7-2 de thin denier, and in the processed yarn, a collecting part X of alternate twist yarn-like winding part I and an interlacing part II and an opening part II are alternately formed in longitudinal direction, and the alternate twist yarn-like winding part is obtained by winding a single yarn 1 having thick denier in collected state around the core part of a single yarn 2 having thick denier, and the opening part is obtained by covering a single yarn 1 having thin denier in continuous reverse-like state parallel to yarn axis around the core part of the single yarn having thick denier and a length L1 of the opening part is >=1/2 of a length L2 of the collecting part and a single yarn having thin denier is 13-25% longer than single yarn having thick denier. |
