PURPOSE:To provide a constant amount of fluff, by detecting spinning tension of a fed yarn to a bobbin and controlling the winding speed onto the bobbin or traveler load so as to suppress fluctuation in tension. CONSTITUTION:Spinning tension is detected with a detecting means 7 from the start of the yarn feed to a bobbin 1 by starting a motor 5 and a tension signal is processed by a controlling means 9. A control signal for suppressing fluctuation in tension is outputted to an inverter 10 to control the winding speed of the bobbin 1 (number ot revolution thereof). Load on a traveler 2 may be increased or decreased to control resistance applied to the yarn. |
