PURPOSE:To improve stability of a composition consisting of a specific compound such as acetone and 1,2-dichloro-1,1-difluoroethane, by adding a specific compound such as nitro compounds to the above-mentioned composition. CONSTITUTION:One or more kind of compounds selected from nitro compounds, phenols, amines, ethers, amylenes, esters, organophosphites, epoxides and triazoles are added to one or more kind of compounds selected from acetone, methanol, ethanol or diethyl ether at an amount of 1ppm-10%, preferably 10ppm-5%, especially 100ppm-3% based on pts.wt. of the above-mentioned composition to provide the above-mentioned composition suitable for steam cleaning of IC component, precision machine component, etc., because of having excellent metal corrosion-suppressing effect and giving high stabilizing effect. |
