PURPOSE:To enhance the reproducibility of simple gel film having several stages of concentration gradients and to make it possible to manufacture the film with good productivity, by mixing and adjusting monomer liquids, which have different flow rates in a plurality of stages and specified concentrations, and respective polymerization initiator liquids. CONSTITUTION:Monomer liquid 1(a-e), which have the different flow rates at a plurality of stages and specified concentrations, and respective polymerization initiator liquids 2(a-e) are mixed and adjusted. The mixed liquids are independently supplied in parallel in the order of the flow rates to a plurality of liquid feeding ports of an applying head 7. The liquid is spread to the width of each slot. The mixed liquids having a plurality of the flow rates are applied on a web 9 as one line of an applying film through an opening. In this way, a simple gel film can be manufactured with high reproducibility and good productivity at several stages of concentration gradients. |
