PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a rotary body and a rotary shaft by the generation of vibration, by reducing the interference between the rotary body and the rotary shaft by centrifugal force accompanying rotation. CONSTITUTION:There is interference between a rotary body 1 and a rotary shaft 2, and the rotary body 1 is expanded by centrifugal force given by rotation to reduce the interference between the rotary body 1 and the rotary shaft 2. With this rotation, the strain quantity of the strain gauge 3 in the strain gauge mount hole 11 provided to the rotary shaft 2 is also reduced and changed, and the output voltage 12 corresponding to the strain quantity is amplified by an amplifier 5 to be transmitted from a transmitting antenna through a communications apparatus 6. The transmitted signal is inputted to a receiving amplifier 9 from a receiving antenna 8 to be recorded on a recorder 9. The interference between the rotary body 1 and the rotary shaft 2 is always monitored and the generation of vibration by the deterioration of the interference and the opening of the rotary body 1 is foreknown and the damage of the rotary body 1 and the rotary shaft 2 due to vibration can be prevented. |
