PURPOSE:To contrive simplification of a working process and facilities, by a method wherein a solution feed passage spread in a fan-shaped state arriving at a solution discharge port from a passage hole is formed within a coating mouthpiece fitted to the outside of a main mouthpiece in layers and a flow control part is provided within a solution feed passage further. CONSTITUTION:Extrusion molding of glass-run having about a U-shaped section is performed by making use of a material such as rubber as shown by figure. A main mouthpiece 5, for example, in a disklike state and a coating mouthpiece 6 which has the same form as the main mouthpiece 5 and is superposed upon the outside of the same are arranged on the tip of a cylinder barrel 1. A material passage 9 in a form corresponding to a sectional form of the glass run and an opening part 12 a little larger than the material passage 9 are formed through penetration respectively in the main mouthpiece 5 and coating mouthpiece 6. A solution feed passage 17 is spread in a fan-shaped from a passage hole 20 connecting with a solution feed pipe 16 on the backside of the coating mouthpiece 6. A solution discharge port 18 of the tip of the solution feed passage 17 is opened at an inner wall surface 12a of the opening part 12 and possesses, for example, a flow control part 19 of a large number of grooves 19a. Then extrusion molding and coating which is free from deviation in a solution flow can be performed at a time. |
