PURPOSE:To enable continuous forming of the title vessel at a comparatively short holding period of time within a mold, by constituting the title device so that cooing thermal fixation and taking-out of a mold of a hollow vessel obtained through stretched blow molding of preform is performed by a series of actions without causing a loss time. CONSTITUTION:A rotary member 3 is provided with a plurality of openable and closable molds 1 used for both blow molding and thermal fixing and a preform supporting mechanism 2 corresponding to this mold 1. There are a release sphere and closure sphere of the mold 1 in a stretch molding-thermal fixation mechanism 12. The release sphere and closure sphere are provided respectively with a vessel taking-out sphere D and preform feed sphere A form an upstream side and a stretch molding-thermal fixation sphere B and closure sphere C. A preform feed mechanism 4 receives preform 20 heated at a predetermined temperature by a preheating mechanism. Then the same is delivered to the preform supporting mechanism 2 at a position A where the mold 1 is under a release state and fed within the mold 1. A vessel 30 which has been molded and thermally fixed is taken out of the mold 1 at a release position of the mold 1 by a taking-out mechanism 5 and sent to the other sphere with a discharge chute 13.
