PURPOSE: To facilitate the handling of load such as printing products wound like a roll by liftably providing a truck, etc., with a pivotable manipulator by a-given-angle's tilting of a holding means. CONSTITUTION: A manipulator 30 is liftably attached to a vertical rail 12 of a truck 10 through a carriage 31, and a 45 deg. tilting receiving lug 38 is fixed at the top of a pivot pin 35 tilting by a given angle, preferably 45 deg.. When roll- shaped printing products 5'' loaded vertically is carried, a hydraulic prime mover 36 turns the pivot pin 35 to put the receiving lug 38 into the vertical position, an advance of the truck 10 inserts the receiving lug 38 into a core 6 of the products 5'', and a telescopic arm 33 is extended to grab it. In this condition, the products 5'' are moved onto a pallet 15, and is put into the horizontal position by turning the pivot pin 35 by 90 deg., and is loaded on an already loaded products 5' by lowering of a carriage 31. Thus, cargo of roll-shaped printing products can be easily performed.
