PURPOSE:To simplify a working process while improving the reinforcing function of an end ring by casting a cover made of iron surrounding the end ring for a rotor through die casting together with the end ring to the laminate of a rotor core. CONSTITUTION:When end rings 24 composed of an aluminum material are casted to a rotor core 23 consisting of the laminate of magnetic steel plates through a die casting method, balance rings 25 made up of an iron material are casted through the same die casting method in a subsequent working process, and structure in which the end rings 24 are wrapped is formed. A rotor core 20 shaped in this manner is fixed and installed to a shaft 22. |
