Ski sticks are supported by a tubular frame (1) that has a base plate (2) attached at one end which can slide over snow. At the opposite end of the frame there is a handle (6) to allow the device to pulled along. A box (4) with its top side open is located above the base plate to receive the bottom ends of the sticks. A fold away prop (8) on the underside of the frame is used to support the device in a raised position. A pair of tubes (7) sticking out from the underside of the frame act as brakes for the device in an emergency situation.
