A method for preparing a soup tablet is presented. Thus, beef ext. maintained at 60% H2O and 5-6% lipid was mixed with edible salt and vacuum dried (H2O content=3-6%). This material was mixed with dextrose, sucrose, salt, seasonings, red pepper, yeast powder, garlic powder, dried soybean sauce, and caramel, ripened at 10-13≦̸C for 5hr, and tableted at 10-15≦̸C, 50-55% humidity and 5-15 ton/cm2 pressure. |
