PURPOSE: To eliminate the impossibility of the wire passage through a pre-arranged piping with a bent pipe portion midway by, in the case of the passage of a steel belt, connecting a universal portion, which can be bent freely, to the parachute wire passage connection portion. CONSTITUTION: A steel belt 11 is coiled up in a belt storing case in such a manner that it is drawn out while a parachute 12 is moving within a pre-arranged piping 1. The connection portion between the parachute 12 and the steel belt 11 is provided with a returner 16, and a universal portion 17 is formed behind the returner 16 of the steel belt 11 so as to realize the smooth wire passage even when the steel belt 11 is passing through the bent pipe portion and bent pipe joint of the pre-arranged piping.
