PURPOSE:To make it possible to deliver air to a target chamber in a high speed and noiseless state by constituting the duct of a sound absorbent filled in the inner wall surface of a cylindrical duct main body, a fibrous keep member lined on the inner side of the keep member, a cylindrical support member in which honey-comb shaped holes are formed and a connecting flange. CONSTITUTION:A sound absorbent 15 is loaded in the inner wall surface 12a of a cylindrical duct main body 12, and a fibrous keep member 16 is loaded at the inner side of the sound absorbent 15, and further a cylindrical support member 17 is inserted into the inner side of the keep member 16. A larger number of honey-comb shaped holes 18 are formed in the support member 17. Further, respective divided parts of the main duct body 12 and the support member 17 are connected to each other by means of connecting tools 19 and 20, and connecting flanges 13 and 14 are fitted and fixed to both end parts of the main duct body 12, whereby a duct 11 having a silencing property is completed. Accordingly to the construction as described above, when air for space cooling and heating passes the inner part of the duct 11, noise is prevented from invading the room by the sound absorbing effect of the sound absorbent 15 via honey-comb shaped holes 18 formed in the support member 17. |
