The invention relates to a set of structural elements for producing claddings for the exterior surfaces of buildings, comprising panels which can be fastened on lath substructures or the like such that they overlap one another in terms of length. In order to provide such a set of structural elements which permits, in a simple manner, accurate adaptation to the dimensions provided both in new buildings and in old buildings, the invention proposes that said set exhibits four basic panels (1-4) of different widths, the width of the individual basic panels (1-4) being approximately 16, approximately 20, approximately 25 and approximately 33.3 cm. Each basic panel (1-4) is provided in three lengths, the length of the individual basic panels being approximately 25, approximately 33.3 and approximately 50 cm, plus a length, which is the same for all basic panels (1-4), of a top fastening region (5). In their bottom regions, the panels (1-4) exhibit a reduction in width (Figure 5). <IMAGE>
