A device is to be created which consists of plastic, for laying elastic lines, which have an outer screening in the shape of a sheathed wire braiding, in a sealing manner through walls of apparatuses, which device consists of a double nipple with threaded connection pieces at its ends and, arranged therebetween, a polygonal attachment for a tool, the nipple having a plug-in hole for a sealing and crimping body, into which hole the sealing body can be pushed up to a stop edge, and it being possible to screw onto the nipple a pressure screw which prestresses the sealing body. In order to create this device in which equipotential bonding can be carried out in a simple manner between the screening and the housing of the apparatus or an earthing reference point inside the housing of the apparatus, it is proposed to arrange between the sealing body end surface and stop collar (6) an annular part (4) of an electrically conducting material which conically tapers off in the direction of the insert opening of the nipple (3) radially from outside to inside, and to fasten on the side of the annular part (4) facing away from the insert opening an earthing cable (8) which exits at that end of the nipple (3) facing away from the insert opening. <IMAGE>
