<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a measuring instrument and to take a measurement with high accuracy by the use of a light wave having shorter wavelength than a near infrared ray by setting the light intensity of the light source of an interference optical system to 1st and 2nd prescribed values, calculating the absorption spectra of saccharides to be measured at 1st and 2nd depth, and finding their difference. CONSTITUTION:The saccharide concentration of the tissue of depth (b) of a sample 15 is measured. At this time, a light source intensity controller 1 sets the light from the light source to prescribed intensity according to the skin layer (a) and deep part (b) corresponding to the 1st and 2nd depth, and an integrating sphere 9 adjusts so that the light wave projected on the sample 15 is made incident and reflected at the respective density. A band-pass filter 13 passes a light wave in a necessary wavelength band. Then, a computer 12 calculates the spectra of the skin layer (a) and deep part (b) and then their difference, and several wavelengths required to measure a target component are selected in the wavelength band and applied to a prescribed mathematical expression to find the saccharide concentration.</p> |
