The device is used in surgical interventions on the thoracicand abdominal aorta in vascular surgery. It completely substitutesthe aorta clamping which requires its preparation and taking of atourniquet. The device is in the form of a stainless steel framestructure including two vertical columns (3) the upper ends ofwhich are connected by a horizontal cross-bar (5). A pressing knotis mounted in the middle of the cross-bar made of two two-sidesymmetrically positioned horizontal arms (8) at the end of each ofwhich a vertical cross-bar (4) is cantelever-like and adjustablymounted the pressing journal and elastic connecting piece (7) ofwhich have the profile of the form of the pressed aorta.1 claim, 3 figures
