PURPOSE:To keep a piston speed at a specified value with the decreased number of parts and to improve the degree of silence, by a method wherein a moving space part is formed in a cushioning part formed to the outer side of the rear wall, having a through-hole, of a cylinder, and a valve of a resilient material, on which a high-low wave body to keep an amount of air sucked and exhaust through a through-hole at a specified value, is disposed. CONSTITUTION:A cushioning part 10, being a cylinder body and provided in an outer surface 15 with an air bleed hole 14, is formed to the outer side of a rear wall 5, having a through-hole 6 formed in its central part, of a cylinder 2, and 8 valve 12 made of soft rubber is inserted in the cushioning part to form a moving space part 11. A high-low wave body 13 is formed on the surface of the valve 12, and when a valve body is adhered to the surfaces of the rear wall 5 and the bleed hole 14, the high-low wave body is functioned as the throttle of an air passage. Thus, a slide speed is kept at a specified value irrespective of a change in a weight applied on a piston rod 4, stable performance is held with the decreased number of parts, and the generation of slide noise can be prevented. |
