The invention relates to a so-called rolling test stand for the biaxial testing of vehicle wheels provided with tyres, in which the test wheel (1) is mounted freely rotatably on a wheel carrier (4) and interacts with a driven rotating part, preferably an external drum (2), by means of which the test wheel is set rotating and the radial wheel loading (Fax) is exerted. To generate the axial wheel loading (Fax), i.e. the lateral forces, side rollers (7) are provided, according to the invention, which act against the tyre flanks.
