PURPOSE:To dispense with a compounding tank for a premix product, by carrying out the metering of a powdery feed ray material simultaneous to the metering and compounding of a drug-related minor ingredient, directly charging both components into a main mixer and mixing the components to form the objective assorted feed. CONSTITUTION:A drug-related minor ingredient metered by a micrometering apparatus 35 is mixed with its diluent in a high-speed micrometering mixer 49 or an apparatus performing the same action. A powdery feed raw material metered with a compounding scale 31 and stored in a compounding tank 30 is mixed with the above minor ingredient mixture in a main mixer 51 to obtain an assorted feed. A compounding tank of a premix product is unnecessary in the present process and, accordingly, the number of compounding tanks for the powdery feed raw material can be increased to cope with the requirement for feeding various kinds of livestocks. |
