PURPOSE:To miniaturize a low temperature tank and to make it possible to installed the same at an arbitrary position even under narrow environments by connecting a low temperature tank to a freezer or a freezing mixture vessel by a flexible heat insulating tube and making the outer periphery of the low temperature tank have a structure withstanding specific environments used. CONSTITUTION:A liquefied or vapor-liquid phase freezing mixture 37 supplied from a freezer 4 or a freezing mixture vessel is supplied through a flexible heat insulating tube 2 to a low temperature tank 1, to cool electric and electronic apparatus used therein. Then, the freezing mixture 37 again passes through the heat insulating tube 2 and returns to the freezer or is discharged into the atmosphere. Out of various kinds of cables 35 for activating the electric and electronic apparatuses, a part or all of the cables are taken out through a freezing mixture supply passage within the heat insulating tube 2, and the cables 35 are separated from the freezing mixture 37 in a terminal box 3. The low temperature tank 1 and the flexible heat insulating tube 2 are examined if they are made of a material capable of withstanding specific environments such as a water tank, an oil tank, powdery dust, a high-temperature or low-temperature atmosphere. On the other hand, the freezer 4 or the freezing mixture vessel, a terminal box 3 and the like are mounted on a movable frame 7 thereby the region which the low temperature tank 1 can reach is widened. |
