PURPOSE: To obtain a filling compsn. which has excellent texture, intraoral feel and allotriogeustia and is useful for adjusting a defection and bowel function or lowering in serum cholesterol level, etc., by using plantain fibers and glycerol as essential raw materials. CONSTITUTION: This filling compsn. having an Aw value of about <=0.35, pref., an Aw value of about 0.05 to 0.3 by compounding about 1 to 50%, more preferably 5 to 40% plantain fibers, about 10 to 75%, more preferably about 10 to 50% glycerol, 0 to about 80%, more preferably about 20 to 65% at least one kind of sweetener which may contain artificial sweeteners, sorbitol, etc., as a part or the whole of the sweetener and 0 to about 10%, more preferably about 0.1 to 7% at least one kind of spice. |
