PURPOSE:To improve the stability of a system with a simple structure by processing a phase comparing processing to make the input error signal of a phase control loop containing a delay in the form of not containing the phase correcting effect of a phase control loop not containing the delay. CONSTITUTION:A phase control loop 100 is a closed loop not containing the delay due to an automatic equalizer 4. A phase control loop 101 is a closed loop containing the delay due to a delay device contained by the automatic equalizer 4. An identifying deciding signal outputted from an identifying deciding part 8 and an equalizing correcting signal 5 which is the output of the automatic equalizer 4 are inputted to a phase comparator 18 and it obtains a phase difference. A phase error signal 19 to te obtained is a signal on which the correcting effect by the phase control loop 100 does not acts and the phase control loop 101 can be made as a loop separate from the phase control loop 100. Thus, it becomes easier to construct a stable control system whose convenience of the design of a performance improvement, etc., is excellent. |
