PURPOSE:To reduce the heat resistance between a coil and a yoke, as well as to increase the fixing force of the coil by soldering the coil to a substrate following mounting the coil on the yoke after applying filler to the former. CONSTITUTION:All coils 1 are mounted on a mounting fixture 2 on their sides opposite to those on which the coils are inserted into yokes. Silicone filler 4 is applied to the outer periphery of the respective coils 1 by utilizing a dispenser, while rotating the mounting fixture 2. The filler 4 is applied to the side of the coil 1 on which it is inserted into the yoke, and the length l2 of the filler 4 to be applied should be up to about 1/3-1/2 of the yoke depth 14 l4 or coil length l1. The coil is mounted on the yoke 5 with the terminal 1a of the coil 1 being inserted into a coil positioning hole 5a. When mounting the coil 1, the mounting fixture may be moved so as to allow the coil 1 to be inserted into the yoke 5, or the yoke 5 may be moved for the same purpose. In order to improve the filling performance, the coil 1 and mounting fixture 2 may be inclined to some extent. Afterwards, when filler 4 overflows the coil 1, the overflown filler must be wiped up, or when the coil 1 is short of filler 4, it must be refilled to a predetermined level. The substrate 6 is then soldered to the terminal sections 1a of the coils 1. |
